Each time I go on a stage its like I’m writing a diary or journaling. Everyone has their own experiences; their own triumphs, their own struggles, their own losses, and they make each of us unique and individual. What we experience in life contributes to how we fill our space in the world, the decisions and choices we make, and our perspective. They allow us to bring something uniquely us to every role we play, every note we sing, and every movement from a place of honesty. Honesty exists when choices originate from our emotions, impulses, and instincts, and so long as a choice comes from that place of honesty it is valid. We are all first human and we all have a different story; a different diary filled with unique experiences that affect the way we connect to different people, events, and situations. Art should reflect this.
